We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit, so donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law, and they all go directly to caring for pets in need.
You can provide a no-kill guarantee to central Iowa’s animals in need by giving online, sending a check, or donating in person at either shelter.
Checks should be mailed to 3505 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50265. Please feel free to email adoptions@furryfriendsrefuge.org with questions.
If you’re hosting a fundraiser for us and would like to send a thank-you note to participants, you can download a flat thank-you card (also great for social media!) or a quarter-fold card (one with our logo or one with a pet photo).
